Flaming Lips fans were left scrambling Wednesday night when the band canceled its set at 713 Music Hall just before showtime — and Ticketmaster is refusing refunds.
The band shared the news around 6 p.m. on social media, right when doors were scheduled to open. It mentioned a “family emergency” and directed questions about refunds to point of purchase.
