It also poses a real threat to the unprecedented legal progress Attorney General Schwalb is making in breaking up the illegal monopoly\u2019s dominance in D.C.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe question has never been whether consumers deserve strong protections; they do. The question is how to achieve them. The answer is greater transparency, stronger competition, and consistent rules that apply across the entire ticket ecosystem, not bills like the RESALE Act that reduce choice, increase fraud, and ultimately keep control of ticket prices in the hands of the very monopoly Washington, D.C.\u2019s own AG is working to dismantle.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more background on what was uncovered during <em>United States et al. v.
